Welcome to ZhongKui.org, an independent online museum about Zhong Kui. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the site offers

ZhongKui.org provides:

• Articles on the legend, name, symbols and folklore of Zhong Kui
• A gallery and art-history pages showing paintings of Zhong Kui
• Guides to video games featuring Zhong Kui
• Free original wallpapers

2. Content and copyright

2.1 Our content

The original text, design and layout of the site, and the original wallpapers we publish, are protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page you quote from.

2.2 Artworks and third-party material

Paintings, museum images and game artwork shown on the site are displayed for research, education and commentary. Copyright in them belongs to their creators, publishers or holding institutions, and nothing on this site transfers or licenses those rights. Do not reuse them without the owner's permission.

If you are a rights holder and want an image credited or removed, email us at the address below and we will respond promptly.

2.3 Wallpapers

The free wallpapers on the downloads page are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

2.4 Trademarks

Game titles, studio names and product names belong to their owners. ZhongKui.org is not affiliated with Game Science, Tencent, Hi-Rez Studios, Crytek, Atlus or any other game publisher or museum mentioned.

3. Accuracy

We aim to be accurate and to cite reputable sources, but:

• Historical records and folk legends exist in several versions, and details vary by region and period
• Our summaries reflect the sources available to us at the time of writing
• Game information such as release dates and mechanics can change after publication

The content is for general information and education.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Transmit malware or interfere with the site's operation
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades service for others

5. Advertising and commerce

The site is operated independently and is funded in part by advertising from third-party networks.
